Bates Eyelets & Eyeleter

Bates eyelets are the ideal choice for books, laminated paper and tags. These eyelets have a flat flange for a flush smooth finish on the final product. The barrel lengths of these eyelets are short which make them ideal for use in thin plastic, paper and card stock. Medium eyelets are available in 50 enameled colors and metallic finishes.

Bates Standard Manual Eyeleter. In one automatic operation inserts, punches hole, crimps and re-loads on every operation. All cast iron and light weight (5 Lbs.) Used on legal papers, ribbons, tags, anything where permanent binding is desired. Uses 3 sizes Long, Medium or Short Eyelets. Throat depth: 2 1/8".

Bates eyeleter is the most complete, reliable, and in-expensive hand inserting unit ever made. We have used these same units at our plant for over 30 years. Bates eyeleter were discontinued in 1999 after GBC purchased the company. Many units are still available in the market place. No warranty for this product is offered by the manufacturer because parts are no longer kept in stock. While supplies last we will stock only brand new units. However, if it arrives inoperable, we will repair it or replace it. Do not pass on the opportunity to own one of these machines. Eventually they will be faced out all together if you use eyelets you will regret it.
