Legal  Agreement

 Please read this agreement entirely and carefully before  purchasing. By purchasing from us you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Delran Business reserves the right, in its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately published on this Web Site. Purchasing from us constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications made by Delran Business as permitted above. 

Terms:  Most Major Credit Cards - (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) accepted. Prepayment - Money Orders, Company or Personal checks accepted (checks usually require two weeks to clear) -  United Partial Service C.O.D.-  Net 30 for corporations with approved credit (One week) - Purchase Order to U.S. Government agencies.

Conditions of Sale: Delran, shall be entitled to recover any cost incurred as a result of collecting but not limited to attorney's fees. We reserve the right to ship ±10% on all orders.

Orders: For binding or laminating services a $25.00 minimum charge. All orders must include detailed instructions or purchase agreement signed by an authorized agent of your company. Retail stock orders carry a $35.00 minimum charge. Retail Non-stock orders carry a $50.00 minimum charge.

Combination Pricing: Similar stock items within the same price block may be group for quantity discount pricing.

Quantity Increases: Increases must be considered as a separate order, unless made before order has been processed, and will be billed accordingly.

Defective  Merchandise: You must notify us within forty-eight hours of receiving items to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). Delran Business will arrange to pick up the repackaged defective item via a shipping carrier. Following receipt and inspection Delran Business will ship a replacement item to you, the original customer, at no charge via UPS ground unless otherwise requested where additional shipping charges will apply. Returned products must be in as-new condition, with warranty seal intact including box, manuals, accessories and all other original packaging. Request received after forty-eight hour from receipt fall under the warranty terms and conditions for the specific products. After forty-eight hours the product must be returned to a manufacturers repair facility. 

Cancellations and Returns: All orders are considered firm and may be canceled only with return authorization number within thirty days from the original purchase date subject to the terms and conditions below. Any stock supplies 15% re-stocking fee will be imposed on any item and only with original packaging with full and/or unused boxes. On all equipment original packaging, manuals, and packing slip must be  on the return for items to be accepted. Upon receipt of equipment our staff will test and inspect equipment. If equipment is working to manufacturers specifications and no visible damage is apparent a credit will be issue minus a 20% of the purchased value excluding all transportation costs.

Note: Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time. All orders are subject to availability of materials and/or component parts. Delran, shall not be liable for inability to ship due to shortage of material, shortage of parts, labor strikes, or acts of god.

Dispute Resolution: It is hereby agreed and understood that any dispute, difference or disagreement of any kind whatsoever, whether statuary or contractual, which arises from the services/ products provided or relates in any way to the general business relationship of the parties to this agreement, shall be, as the sole available remedy, resolved through mediation or binding arbitration, rather than litigation. Any such mediation or arbitration shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and conducted in accordance with the Rules of Mediation and Arbitration. 

Miscellaneous:  This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and the parties irrevocably consent to bring any action to enforce this Agreement in the federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. All provisions hereof shall survive any termination of this Agreement as well as any other revisions which by their terms or sense are intended to survive.

We at Delran Business attempt to assist you and provide you with our experience but it is up to you, the purchaser, to insure any and all information is correct and the items are suitable for your applications and uses.
